Tracking number is not showing updates
When using a mail carrier like USPS or FedEx, they generally are very good about performing all scans accurately and in a timely manner within 24-48 hours of your package shipping. Occasionally, a package may be mis-scanned or not scanned at all resulting in a lack of tracking updates. If this happens, a new scan usually will occur the next business day.
Please note that if a scan is missed, this does not necessarily mean that your order is lost or not in transit. If 2 business days have passed and your tracking still is not reflecting updates, please contact us and provide us with your order number (found on your order confirmation email or under your SpeedCubeShop account order history) so that we can investigate.
Some international shipping services such as USPS First Class Mail International do not include door-to-door tracking updates. To view which international shipping services do not include door-to-door tracking, view Shipping Services / Delivery Time.
If the shipping service you chose for your order does include full tracking and after 2 business days, your tracking is not reflecting updates, please contact us and provide us with your order number (found on your order confirmation email or under your SpeedCubeShop account order history) so that we can investigate.
Sticker orders or envelope shipments
If you opt to have your stickers or other small items shipped in a stamped envelope, a tracking number will not be generated by the mail carrier. You may refer to our Shipping Services / Delivery Time to view estimated delivery times.
