Why is my FedEx International Delivery late?

If you placed an order using a FedEx International shipping service and your order has exceeded the guaranteed delivery time it is important to refer to your tracking number (found in shipment confirmation email or in account order history). On some rare occasions your shipment may be held because your shipping address is missing information necessary for delivery or your shipment has outstanding import taxes that need to be paid for your package to be released for delivery (for more information regarding import taxes, click here).
