Cancelling an unfulfilled order

How to cancel your order

We are more than happy to assist you with cancelling your order as long as your order is unfulfilled meaning that it has not been processed by our warehouse and picked up by the mail carrier.

To cancel your order, please send an email to service@speedcubeshop.com or call our office at 844-828-2464 during business hours to speak with a representative.

Please note that we will make every attempt to cancel your order but due to our fast order processing, this is not always possible prior to the order being fulfilled.

My order was already fulfilled

If your order was already fulfilled, not to worry! You are still able to initiate a return when your order is delivered to send the products back for a refund in the form of an instant eGift card or to the payment method.

Fastest way to reach us

For fastest response time, you can call our office at 844-828-2464. Please note that our phone lines are open Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm PST and if we do not answer your call, please leave a voicemail with your order number and the reason for your call so that we can assist you faster.

If you decide to send an email to service@speedcubeshop.com, please make sure that the subject line reads "Cancellation request" and that the message body contains your order number so that we can assist you faster.
