My tracking # is not working

If the tracking # that you were provided is not showing updates, don't worry! Tracking numbers can take up to 24-48 hours to reflect updates in the postal service's system. If your tracking number says something like "In Transit to Destination" this means that your order has left a U.S. customs facility and is currently waiting to be cleared through your country's customs facility.
