Returns and Exchanges
We make returns easy. If you aren't completely happy with any of your items, we will gladly accept it for return or exchange within 90 days of delivery.
If you are conducting an exchange, please ensure that all original packaging is included and still intact. If an exchange is received in lesser condition than "like-new", it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If you would like to modify or cancel your order please contact us immediately. We will make every attempt to modify or cancel your order but cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes once your order has been placed.
Cancellations for custom puzzles must be submitted within 24 hours of the order being placed to avoid a 20% cancellation fee.
All returns for custom puzzles will be processed in store credit.
Excessive wear (damaged stickers) or damaged packaging may result in a 20% restocking fee.
All clothing is made to order and is unable to be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect in which case the item will be exchanged. Clothing usually starts printing within 24 hours of the order being placed so we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes.
Cancellations for pre-orders must be submitted within 24 hours of the order being placed to avoid a 20% cancellation fee.
Instances of "popping" or other forms of user error are not covered by our return policy.
Custom services and product customizations are not eligible for refunds.
SpeedCubeShop reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not have an RMA #.
