USPS First Class Mail International FAQ
How long is the delivery process?
First Class Mail International is rated at an average of 14-28 business days (Monday-Friday) for delivery. Delivery times will vary depending on the destination country and customs processing times.
How do you determine business days?
We recommend using the business day calculator which can be helpful for easily determining the number of business days elapsed between two dates. Keep in mind that the "Start Date" should be the day after your order was shipped.
Why is my tracking "stuck" on the same update?
If your tracking says something similar to "Arrived at USPS Regional Facility LOS ANGELES CA INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTION CENTER" that indicates that your order has left the USA and is in transit to your country. Once your order clears customs in your country, there will be a customs clearance scan depending on your country.
The time it will take for a package to clear customs varies greatly depending on the amount of mail entering the destination country's customs at that point in time. Processing time can range from a few business days to a few weeks. There is nothing that can be done to speed up this process.
First Class Mail International does not offer door-to-door tracking and usually does not update once a package departs the United States. Some countries (listed below) will update the tracking after the customs clearance event but this is not guaranteed.

I think my package is lost!
We are unable to open a claim with the mail carrier until 45 business days past the ship date.
If your package exceeds the average delivery time of up to 28 business days (business days are Monday-Friday), we suggest that you continue to track your package at 17track.net and contact our support if after 45 business days you still have not received the package.
It is important to note that First Class Mail is not a guaranteed service meaning that the 14-28 business day delivery average is an estimate based on the average delivery time to different countries.
