Combining multiple orders

How to request for orders to be combined

If you have multiple outstanding orders that have not yet been fulfilled, please contact us and provide us with the following information:

  1. All order numbers that you would like to be combined (located on your order confirmation email or under your account order history).
  2. Any other additional instructions or requests.

What happens next?

If some or all of the requested orders are able to be combined, we will do so and refund any excess shipping cost paid by the customer or send an invoice for any additional shipping charges if applicable.

Please note that we do not guarantee that we will be able to combine orders after they are placed but we will do our best to help!
