How do special orders work?

If you see an item on our website that is listed as a "Special Order" this means that this is a speciality item that we do not keep on our shelves. To place a Special Order, navigate to the product page and click on the "Request Product" to fill out a submission form. Within 24-48 hours of your submitting a form, a representative will send you a custom invoice for your desired item. After we have received payment for your Special Order, we will order your item and ship it as soon as it arrives (generally 1-2 weeks). Please note that we do not accept refunds or exchanges on any special order items unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
